International shipping availability, delivery times, customs requirements, and shipping costs vary depending on the destination country and the products ordered. Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their local authorities.

ORDER PROCESSING TIME

  • Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Delivery times depend on the destination and the carrier chosen when placing the order.

ORDERS FROM CANADA

  • Standard shipping: 1 to 7 business days, depending on location.
  • Expedited options: available when ordering :
    • 1 to 2 business days - Quebec and Ontario
    • 3 to 5 business days - Eastern Canada
    • 5 to 7 business days - Rest of Canada

BULKY OR HEAVY ITEMS

Shipping costs for oversized or bulk orders may vary. We will contact you if additional charges apply.
