RETURN POLICY

We love our customers and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If an item does not meet your expectations, we will rectify the situation.

DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS

  • Notify us within 10 business days of receiving your order.
  • We will provide a prepaid return label and send a replacement at our expense.
  • A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number will be issued to you.
  • Replacements are typically processed within 8 business days of receiving the item.

RETURNS DUE TO CUSTOMER CHANGING THEIR MIND

  • Accepted within 30 calendar days of delivery.
  • A restocking fee of 15% to 20% applies depending on the condition and type of product.

CONDITION OF RETURNED ITEMS

  • The product must be returned in the same condition as when it was received.
  • Must include all original packaging, manuals, and accessories.
  • Software licenses are final sale and non-refundable.
  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, insurance, and the risk of loss during transit.

RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION (RMA)

  • All returns require an RMA number.
  • Unauthorized returns will be refused and returned at the sender's expense.

REFUND PROCESSING

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, refunds are processed within 10 business days using the original payment method. 

  • 3 to 5 business days – Inspection
  • 3 to 5 business days – Processing

We do not accept returns without prior authorization and a completed RMA form.

We inspect all items before shipping. Be honest about the reason for your return—we will always treat you fairly.

WARRANTY POLICY

We guarantee the quality of the products we sell.

  • Most new or like-new items include a 365-day warranty as of the date of your invoice.
  • Some wireless devices, headphones, and batteries have a 90- or 180-day warranty, depending on the model (see the product page for details).

WHAT THE WARRANTY COVERS

  • Manufacturing defects.
  • Electronic or functional failures.

WHAT THE WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER

  • Damage caused by accident, misuse, negligence, water, fire, lightning, electrical surges, or improper installation.
  • Normal wear and tear.

Warranty claims made more than 30 days after the invoice date may be replaced with an equivalent reconditioned part or a repaired device, depending on availability.
