If you have Cisco 8821 phones that are not under TelecomDepotDirect warranty, and want to have them repaired to use them in your system again, simply select this Repair Service for however many units you’d like to repair (1 phone per charge). After purchasing, our team will contact you via email to send the shipping information.

If a Cisco 8821 phone is unrepairable, we will advise you and ship you the defective phone back, as well as refund a charge of the Repair Service.
